Same problem here, we talked with Microsoft, check blacklists, everything we can do is done. SPF, DKIM.... all is set correctly... but mails goes to spam with Microsoft and Google

Hello, In case anyone has this problem too, the problem was greylisting was activated also. You can´t have greylisting and Plesk Email security extension at the same time. So I disable greylisting and problem was fixed. Regards
