it is a php script, just download, unpack and upload it with ftp to an account with fcgi enabled and safe mode disabled ...

ok, i think i have found the bug ... if you use fcgi the open_basdir and other php values are not set in http.include file ...

please read the manual ! you will find it under "Domains" -> "yourdomain.tld" -> "Web Hosting Settings"

i can not reproduce it on our servers ... open_basedir prevent the access to other costumers ...

sorry it is "interface" -> "home page presets" i think ...

i think you can do this under "interface -> "custumize home page"

this is not only a backup problem we have the same problem when we suspend / unsuspend a domain !

nic.ch, the domain name registry in switzerland, allows now dnssec. if plesk can help us create the needed settings it will be a helpfulll feature ...

any news on this ?

is there a roadmap for dnssec in plesk ? or how can this be done manualy ?

ok, and what about the 0 seconds entry for ttl ?

i have 2 problems with the TTL Entry in Plesk DNS-Settings. the first problem is, why is 0 seconds not possible ? (as i know this is used for no cache) the second one is that a domain alias does not take the ttl of the main domain !?
