• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

[report] psa-pc-remote make 400% (and more) cpu usage

We can confirm that the problem occurs again, in our case on a Debian server with Plesk 10.4.4 MU#8. Replacing the psa-pc-remote binary with the fix posted earlier solves the problem temporarily but Parallels developers should definitly look at this issue again. We also tried to restart...

Testing before to publish a release as final ?

Beyound that we found the issue that smtp-authentification (doesn't matter if MD5, or LOGIN) fails for some domains without a visible reason. Disabling the mail service for the domain and enabling it again solves the problem for some time until it occurs again for another domain or even the same...

Testing before to publish a release as final ?

It's nice to know that Parallels is indeed testing their releases but it doesn't help in the current situation where obviously a buggy release has been published. Testing before to publish a release as final ?

Full acknowledge. We're experiencing the same issues since the update to 10.4.4. (psa-pc-remote, mail login etc.) I think Parallels isn't real interested in testing so every time the customer is the beta tester. Every version update fixes hundreds of bugs and releases hundreds of new. Even...

False "maximum number of failed login attempts" notification

I think it has to do with the plesk sso feature. simply switch it off to avoid the notifications.
