• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Before switching to a new server with Plesk installed, we had a files/public directory under the webroot, where we stored public downloadable files. Now that we run Plesk, the public subfolder of the file folder is password protected when accessed via http, and we cannot find any way...

    And another question: httpd only appears in top when a http request is actually coming in. Can that be the reason why cpuusage reports that it cannot find a target process and that it waits for it? If so, does cpuusage sit there once started and wait for httpd to appear, then limit it...

    OK, I have it up and running, but when executing sh cpu & it returns [1] 2223 [XXXXX@XXXXX]# Warning: no target process found. Waiting for it... Does that mean that it cannot find the httpd process?

    Thanks for the reply and the suggestions. I'll try that asap. Plesk reports Apache with the extreme CPU usage. Additionally, the network card shows an extreme bandwidth, as well. I forgot to mention that before.
