Nope, just did that, in root and psaadm there were nothing related to my domain crons. just in file mydomain.com

I have added them as a user for specific domain. When I check crontab -l , there are no jobs listed. When I type crontab -l -u <username> I got them listed, all, just once (as expected).

I have tried to connect with plain admin pass, with encrypted admin pass, to 3306 and 8306, but no combination worked.

I'm not sure you understand my question. I can successfully access each database remotely with database user. But instead of creating separate accounts in any program (like sqlyog or data grip) I want to login as admin to mysql and have all databases in the list.

I have dozens of databases on server and need to configure one by one in DataGrip to get access, and this works. Is there ANY way to configure remote access as admin and see all databases at once?

I see no errors in a log, like it never happened, and there is nothing suspicious in nginx configuration files.

Howver I do not think there is an issue both with nginx configuration or htaccess. For example file.db and file.txt both exists in same folder, file.txt is accessable, file.db is not.
