    You can use open drive. It is available for iPhones,android etc. It is affordable, secure and reliable.

    I don't have any solution of this problem. Actually i am using Open drive for backup and i have never faced such problem. But information shared by Jeffery seems relevant. Hope it will help you.

    No, you don't need to manage them every time. Once you do all the settings, it store and manage data itself. I think online service is best and available twenty four seven.
