• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I've installed PostgreSQL 13.3 on my server and haven't seen any issues with the Plesk DB integration yet. Table stats, connection info and user details are shown as before.

    Question Upgrade postgres

Thanks for the quick response, Igor! Yes, that's what I would expect, too. I guess my question was, what exactly would be missing if the Plesk-PostgreSQL-integration broke. It seems that it's mostly db stats and db user management from within Plesk. I'll give it a try.

    Question Upgrade postgres

@IgorG, what would happen if I installed a newer version that the ones currently supported by Plesk? As far as I can see, Plesk does not use PostgreSQL for any of it's own data, so is the worst that would happen is that the connection info in the database overview would be wrong?

PHP error.log: failed to notify status to systemd

I'm also getting this error every 10 seconds in the FPM-PHP log. This is the place in the PHP source code it originates from. This may not be a Plesk-specific issue, but I cannot find anything about it anywhere else on the web. Is anyone able to provide more input on this?
