• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Trying to set up email

Success!! :DIt was the freaking firewall. When I was looking at the firewall through the console it seemed to me that the correct ports were open, but I guess I was confused. I was able to configure the firewall correctly in the web interface for lightsail and bang! The emails started rolling...

Resolved Trying to set up email

I can't seem to get anything to connect to the plesk SMTP server. It must be running because outbound mails do get received on the other end. I can't telnet into it on any of the ports. (25, 587, 465) I'm not really sure which port is correct. I can see a process listening on all three of...

Resolved Trying to set up email

Here is also a screenshot of my MX record from plesk. Does this seem correct? Does the mail domain field need to have "mail" in it for mail.mycorrectdomain.com?

Resolved Trying to set up email

Hello! I'm having the same problem. I have a domain purchased through godaddy and I have been able to set nameservers to the plesk nameservers. The website does resolve correctly. I have attached the requested config check screenshot. I've run both of the repair commands on the plesk server...
