    Please disregard this question. It seems to DB backups were made since the backup manager could not read a static file and hence the procedure was terminated every time. Running the server-wide backup procedure as root solved the issue.

    How can I turn the mail service OFF for all domains? Doing this over the server settings keeps it "ON" on per-domain basis. As a result mails sent through scripts to any of these domain (we manage email in google apps) never make it to the mailbox :( sad
