• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 10.2 Ubuntu initial username and password

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried that but Ubuntu locks the root user by default, so you can't login with the root account. I was able to overcome this issue with the following kb: http://kb.odin.com/en/111210

Plesk 10.2 Ubuntu initial username and password

So I just did a clean install of Plesk 10.2 on Ubuntu 10.04. I haven't been able to login the first time, so I must be doing something wrong. Am I supposed to use 'root' as the username even though Ubuntu doesn't use 'root' like other distro's? thanks,

    backup manager

Is the backup manager not installed when you run standard install from cli? If so, can I run the install script again and install it? Will running the install script again screw up site already running on the server? Thanks,
