• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

1 customers do not fit any of the common scenarios

Matt Grant

Regular Pleskian
I migrated many clients and domains from Plesk 9.5.4 to 10.4.4 and I have 2 clients that get this error when I access their Customer page.

1 customers do not fit any of the common scenarios, so there are no recommended actions for them. To transition the accounts, select a custom scheme for them.

Then this...

This is not a subscription, it is a temporary entity created during upgrade to the Panel 10. It holds a former client limits and permissions they had in a previous version of Plesk. To make the customer completely fit in the Panel 10 business model, transition these resources and privileges.

I click on transition these resources and privledges and then is says this.

Under Former Client Configuration: Several domains; domain creation and limits adjustment were prohibited.

Under Transition Scheme: New subscription resources are inherited from the former domain limits.

I check the box under Transition the customers and click ok.

Then it says:

Information: Selected customers and subscriptions were transitioned.

1 customers do not fit any of the common scenarios, so there are no recommended actions for them. To transition the accounts, select a custom scheme for them.

And it all starts over again. As far as I can tell it does not cause any issues, but I am new to 10.4 and am I learning as fast as I can.

Thanks in advance!
