8443 doesn't work on the web and CGI error

Hello,

I've installed plesk 7.6 on my wds server 2003 succesfully but i've a problem when a want to connect at plesk from the web. The 8443 doesn't work and i've an 404 error. Maybe i've to open it but i don't know how.

And i've an error of CGI in php (HTTP headers).
