Acronis True Image Backup error (snapapi26)

We are unable to update the acronis true image backup settings in our Plesk 8.1.0 also the server goes down at least 2 times per week during the backup time.

This is affecting are clients and cause us a lot of problems and complaints.

Can someone please help us with this issue?

Also after we reboot the server the error "snapapi26: module license 'proprietary' taints kernel" appear.

The server is a CentOS 4.4 with PHP 5.1.6-3.el4s1.5, MySQL 5.0.27-1.el4.centos
