Adding SpamAssassin

Hi

I've just set up a PLESK 8.2.1 on debian - I'm going to use it for mail-hosting only.

I have a 300 user PLESK licens.

My question is then, can I safely buy SpamAssassin from the swsoft webpage and add it in my licens, without messing up my PLESK licens?

Is the software installed or do I have to install it myself?

Anything else I should know when purchasing the SpamAssassin Anti-SPAM Support Interface?

Hi,

Pay attention, that SpamAssassin as a particular product and it is not shipped with Plesk software. Plesk only allows to it though its interface.
Check if it is installed on the server:
Plesk control panel > Server > Components info.
SpamAssassin should be listed there.

In order to have ability to manage it via Plesk, visit this page

to purchase SpamAssassin Anti-SPAM Support Interface.

Once it is done, please update your license or install additional one and refresh Plesk Components.

Thanks for the info.

I have:

psa-spamassassin - 8.2.1-debian4.0.build82070918.10

and

spamassassin - 3.1.7-2

In the Plesk components list.

Can I then purchase the SpamAssassin Anti-SPAM Support Interface?
