admin login not possible

New Pleskian
Hi there,

how ever, i can't login as "admin" in my Plesk Panel 11. I try this http://kb.parallels.com/de/112492 but it didn't work.

If i read the /etc/psa/README.psa.shadow, there is a unclear description:
Starting from version 10.2, Panel encrypts the Administrator's password before
saving it to /etc/psa/.psa.shadow. For security reasons, only users with root
permissions are able to get the plain password. To obtain the password, such
users should run the following command:

/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password
The password was encrypted BEFOR saved to .psa.shadow. Owing it was double encrypted in the database, if i take
/usr/bin/mysql -D mysql -e"update user set password=PASSWORD('`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`') where User='admin';"
does it?

The command /usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password shows not the clear password, but only the encrypted.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot.

Could you solve this problem?

Have same problem, email-users can login without a problem, but when I try to login with admin-user I get redirect errors in all browser (already tried to clean history, cookies etc., cookies are allowed).

This problem occurs now, after upgrading to Plesk 11.5.30. Under 11.0.9 everything worked well.

EDIT: Okay solved it, changed to use other php-version.
