Admin Panel not available

after update to 10.0.1 and /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.9.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

i see the message :

This Panel instance is installed in a PVC Container. The current Container offline management settings make the Panel unavailable.

If you have sufficient privileges to modify the Container configuration, change the offline management settings. Otherwise, contact your provider to do this.

Problem : this is a 1and1 VPS ... i don't have sufficient privileges to modify the Container configuration !!

So what can i do ?

Reboot vps and login as Root

i had the same problem, had to log in with SSO login and use admin - not root,

SSO is not enabled on my server and i am afraid i can't do it...
According to http://kb.odin.com/fr/5978 :

1. [root@munci /]# /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --set-prefs -server https://(myhostname):11443/
=> Can not request registration in Identity Provider: 111:Connection refused

2. When i try to log with admin instead of root :
=> Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic,password).
