• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello world,

I'm new to this forum and I hope I didn't missed an already existing solution for my problem. When I want to login to my Plesk 11.09 Windows I get the following error message

There is more information saying that my license key is not valid, but even the update via the command prompt is not working.
Downloading a new key via my strato costumer service is not working either because while trying to install this new key via the command prompt, i get the message that even this key is not valid anymore.. What can I do?

Please refer to the steps mentioned below:

1. From the windows server, go to the following path:
"%plesk_dir%\admin\repository"

2. Under the "repository" folder, check the size of "registry.xml".

3. If file is 0KB, delete or rename the file.

Once it has been done, try to access to Parallels Plesk Panel.
