After Plesk upgrade to 10.1.1, server reboots frequently

Knarf

Basic Pleskian
Server reboots frequently after Plesk upgrade to 10.1.1

My system:
Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1.1, Linux 2.6.27.29-0.1-default, SuSE-11.1-x86_64
Server has 42 clients and 59 domains

After upgrade from Plesk 10.0.1 -> 10.1.1 (which went with some problems)
now I have frequent server reboots:

reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 04:34 (00:-49)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 04:01 (00:-16)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 03:29 (00:14)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 02:40 (01:04)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 02:26 (01:17)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 02:18 (00:-56)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Thu Feb 3 00:57 (00:24)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 22:32 (02:49)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 22:14 (03:07)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 21:37 (03:45)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 20:35 (04:46)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 20:01 (05:20)
reboot system boot 2.6.27.29-0.1-de Wed Feb 2 19:34 (05:47)

On the serial console no messages are seen before the crash, it just hangs for a while and then just restarts.
I also studied the log files but I cannot find relating messages before the crash.

Possibly the problems started after installing Customer & Business Manager but I am not sure.
I removed the package according to this article: http://kb.odin.com/en/9327 but without success, the reboots keep coming... :(

During upgrade I also saw BILLING_10.1.0/dist-rpm-RedHat-all-all and SITEBUILDER_5.1.0/dist-rpm-RedHat-all-all rpm's whilst I have Suse. Is this normal?

Any thoughts of what I can do next are appreciated. Thank you.

Update:

Last night I reinstalled the server with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Server x64 + Plesk Panel 10.1.1.
Problem solved, no reboots anymore. :)
