Hello,
I don't understand what's going on because I do the same manipulation as before when Synchronizing or cloning a site.
The new synchronized or cloned site displays 404 errors on ALL pages and ALL products. Only the home page and the back office work perfectly.

Have you checked that you do not have additional Nginx or Apache directives in the web server configuration of the source domain that need to be copied and applied to the new domain, too?
