  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Resolved all outgoing mails ends up in spam folder(gmail,outlook,etc..)

New Pleskian
first of all i'm almost a complete beginner at using plesk everything that i know comes from posts in this forum so sry in advances if i don't get it right away:
so i'm using plesk onyx 17.5.3 installed in an OVH vps equipped with "Ubuntu 16.04 server" . I've added webmail as a subdomain using RoundCube, so far it's working fine with ssl installed the only issue is that all outgoing mails ends up in spam folders be it gmail,outlook etc...
among the options that 've enabled :
  • Tools and settings->mail server
  1. DKIM spam protection->allow siging outgoing mail
  2. Enable SMTP service on port 587 on all IP addresses
  3. Outgoing mail mode->
    Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting
i'm more then happy to share any necessary information and thank you

The "Outgoing mail mode->Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting" sometimes gets this behaviour on delivery...
I do prefer to sen all mail from just one ip address....

Thank you for the comment, but I'm afraid to tell you, that this statement is unproven and without any help, if you can't point to the root cause of your statement.
I can't confirm at all, that the setting "Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting" is able to cause the described issue at GMAIL, hotmail, outlook, or any other free - eMail - provider, in fact, it is rather the complete opposite, that such a setting will rather solve issues/errors/problems as described by the thread starter, but this presupposes, that the DNS - settings for the domain are setup correctly. ;)

thank you for the recommendations guys if it's of any help i'm currently testing the webmail on leymax.com i'll trying the recommended tools
