• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Any user has no access to Backup Manager

Hi,

I have this issue:
Plesk User has no access to Backup Manager

I had follow the instructions for single domain and multiples domains and i can't solve the problem, with any domain or user account i have no access to the backup manager, with admin user yes.

I reviewed the permission for user account, service plans, and i have activate the check-box for copy & restauration in all of them

Any suggestion of what is the issue?

Maybe you are using a Customized Power User View which hide some features? see: Customizing Power User View

It would be also helpfull when you provide some more details about your System and Plesk Version
