  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I am new to Plesk and I have run into some problems that I hope have easy solutions.
Ok, first problem. When I install a program it asks for an admin login (specifically the ecommerce apps), I enter a username and password and an email when it asks for one. However when the app installs I can't login with the admin login info, or the email I provided plus the admin password. Am I doing something wrong, or do I log in with something else?
Second problem.
This might sound like a silly question but it has been bugging me, it requires a directory to install apps, but I can't leave it blank or a / or else it gives me an error and won't install. How can I install an app so it installs to the domain by itself (for example, installed to domain.com and not domain.com/app)
Third.
My webmail can send email through Horde but it can't receive, this could be a problem with the server, but if anyone knows the solution to this I would appreciate it.

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
