• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

[atomic] Spamdyke 4.0.10 for Plesk

atomicturtle

Golden Pleskian
Spamdyke 4.0.10 with a default Plesk configuration has been released to the [atomic] channel.

General notes:

On el4 (CentOS and RHEL) systems Spamdyke is not compatible with ASL due to it being build static. I tried to resolve this, but unfortunately it wasnt the kind of thing we could do in any rapid amount of time. Using spamdyke under ASL will require you to disable stack protection on spamdyke.

Everyone else should have no trouble with this, thanks go out to Gazoo on #plesk on irc.freenode.net for providing the spamdyke configuration used in this release.

To install:

yum install spamdyke

To install the atomic repository:

wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic |sh
