auto responder and plesk interface

Hi all,

One of our boxes is on 7.5.6, with ME professional. Everything works great, except for the auto responder. The Plesk interface adds an extra layer before ME's own auto responder kicks in. The issue occurs when a user tries to enable this auto responder option from Plesk. The Plesk interface fails to enable the "Action" tab (the tab that governs auto responder) in ME. We need to manually enable the Action by checking the box in the ME MMC before the Plesk interface can control the auto responder options. This also means we have to check the box in ME MMC before Plesk "knows" how to change ME's "autorespond.cf_" to "autorespond.cfg".

Some background info is that we have moved ME's Data dir from C: to D:. All registries values and data location for ME are correct. We have also tried Plesk reconfigurator by no luck. PSAadmin has permission to the new ME data directory.

We would be grateful if any of you can shine some light on this.

Cheers. Thanks for reading and your help in advance.

We did the configuratino again and found the responder working this time around. Thank you for reading.
