Auto update problem

Hello,
my plesk control panel 11.5.30 has problems running the auto update of the panel.
During the upgrade, the server reboots even after an error message appears that shows the following message:

Can't parse /root/parallels/products.inf3: Error reading end tag.

What can I do to fix it?

If you have /root/.autoinstallerrc file - remove or rename it.

into the root folder of the server I get the following files:

.autoinstaller
.cshrc
parallels_installer
.bash_history
install.log
plesk-installer

Which one should I delete or rename?

Try to remove .autoinstaller file.

unfortunately I have not even solved by deleting the file you indicated.

How can I fix?
