Autoinstaller mysql error

Ran the autoinstaller going from 9.5.4 to 10.3

root2@host2 # /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller


It downloads everything and starts going through the process then we get this error.

When I go to the next step after this I recieve this error:

But "art" suffix indicate third-party repository but not official CentOS repository.
 
Try to remove it from repo list and run autoinstaller again.

should I perform the following?

yum erase mysql-5.1.58-1.el5.art.i386

This will remove :
mysql - 5.1.58-1.el5.art
mysql-libs - 5.1.58-1.el5.art
 
Contact Parallels Support Team. They will check and fix it directly on your server.
