  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Autoresponder problem

bokken

Basic Pleskian
I have a problem with autoresponders in plesk 9.2.2.

When I create one for an active email account, works fine for few days but then stops working.

The autoresponder created and enabled, but still does not work as if it were not activated.

If you go back to delete and recreate a few days working properly, after some time returns to stop working.

¿Someone knows it can be happening?

Thank you.

no work

Hello,

I tested a day later the autoresponder, and it does not work, spend a day to stop working and I have to delete and recreate it.

Any idea?

Thank you!

Same Problem

Hi - did you ever find a solution to the problem?

I too have auto responders set, but no response is being sent.

The mail log shows the hook executable is being called and returns "PASS".

Running the mchk utility did not solve anything, even for a day.

Any new help would be appreciated.

Solved

Hi,

The problem was solved by the command autoinstaller.

Then make a command mcheck to review everything, and works well.

Missing some mail and packages that did not work properly.

Thanks.

fixed :)

Thanks bokken,

But I think no need to update plesk completely. I just reinstalled psa-qmail and autoresponder worked. It will be better to try reinstall/update qmail before trying to update plesk.
