Hi i can not access awstats what ever i do i just get forbidon page. i thought the upgrade may have soveld this problem as i had the same problem in 7.5.3. i have tried everything from adding new user to protected directory checking premissions within iis unticking the protection from with in plesk cp, to no avail does anybody have a solution to this.
