• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue AWStats links lead to timeout errors

The first page of AWStats works, but when a customer clicks on some of the non-hashtag (text marks) -links, for example
"Referring Sites"
https://www.<domain name>/plesk-stat/webstat-ssl/current/awstats.<domain name>-https.refererpages.html
or
"Search Keyphrases"
https://www.<domain name>/plesk-stat/webstat-ssl/current/awstats.<domain name>-https.keyphrases.html
these links do not open. They trigger a new browser tab or remain in the AWStatus popup, but after a long waiting period, a timeout error occurs.

Has anyone seen this behavior, too?

Odd. Unable to reproduce this. Is it version-specific? Are you seeing it on all sites? Or just certain ones? Anything in error logs?

@john0001 Thank you for your feedback. If you don't see it, I can be sure it's an individual issue.

Hence I checked the logs and found out that the customer is using an .htaccess file in his domains that influences the stats URLs.
