  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

awstats not auto updating

New Pleskian
Hi,

Awstats somehow has stopped updating/showing statisitcs on "plesk-stat/webstat/".
When I went to that page, it just showed everything 0. Apparently this only happens on a particular domain.

After reading these 2 posts:
http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=50068&highlight=awstats
http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=49950&highlight=awstats

I did the following:

1. /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webstatmng --set-configs --stat-prog=awstats --domain-name=domain.com
2. /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com

This did make awstats to start working, however now statistics shown, but must be manually done by doing the second script. So apparently statistics are being calculated but now automatically shown "plesk-stat/webstat/". Plesk was recently upgraded from 8.2 to 8.3, and webalizer is working fine with no hassle.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot in advance.

I thinnk in that case it is necessary to contact with Plesk support team. They help you, and provide with some instructions. I think it's related with version of Plesk. Statistic has different format in 8.2 and 8.3.

Re

Hi,

I am in the same situation, do you resolve your problem ?

Thanks for your response ;)

statistics execution should be set as scheduled task

check Server >> Scheduled tasks

try to recreate it

if manual run works, there must smth with task itself
