AWStats not updating on Plesk 11.0.9

MikeRadian

New Pleskian
Hey there.

Having a problem here with the statistics on all my domains. AWStats just won't update for a week now. Created a task in Windows that it should run "statistics.exe --calculate-all" twice a day, but it just won't update ever since we have upgraded to version 11 of Plesk.

Have been checking on the logs in Plesk itself. But can't see anything statistics related. Also in eventmanager I can't get any wiser. If anyone could be kind to point me in the good direction it'll be apprecieted.

When I activate manual update it comes with all kind of nasty errors. Like a certain temp folder couldn't be opened for writing.

If there is any information I could give you please do ask.

Version
OS Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #14

Hope to hear something soon!

Greetz.

What sort of error messages in output of command "statistics.exe --calculate-all"?

Was trying some more and found the following:

Login failed for user 'sa'.
Login failed for user 'sa'.
Login failed for user 'sa'.

Something seems to be wrong with sql apparent. How could I fix this?

It is problem with login to MSSQL server as Server Administrator (sa)
Check it.

It is not Plesk but MSSQL related issue. Try to google "Login failed for user 'sa'"
