New Pleskian
I have looked every where and can't find a solution. I'm new to Linux so I need a walk thought if solution is to root in.

My main domain account can get the statistics page, but every customer and their domains get a 404 error. The link takes them to "<domain>/plesk-stat/webstat/"
All have pearl enabled.
All have "domain.tld" set

I have tried changing to "webanalizer" to "none" also unchecking option for "/plesk-stat/webstat/" with no resolve.

Server has only been active for 16 days. I'm pretty sure the stats worked when check a few days after server was up. 2 days ago got an update can't tell you if that caused it.

Please help.

I fixed with help with an escalation though 1and1 to Parallels this was the answer they gave and fixed the issue.

Went inside the vhosts directory.

---

[root@ ~]# cd /var/www/vhosts/
[root@ vhosts]#

---

Ran the below given two commands to fix the permissions for files & directories.

---

[root@ vhosts]# find ./ -type d -exec chmod 0755 '{}' \;
[root@ vhosts]# find ./ -type f -exec chmod 0644 '{}' \;
