Backup and Restore Utility --OR LACK OF--

Hi All,

Well what a disaster this utility is.

First time using it to move a server and WHAM it dont work. Have been forced to move up to FC6 and Plesk8.2 so bought existing server from 8.1.1 to 8.2 and started the backups, all went well so I thought.

On trying the restore, I have had everything from:
WARNING: Backup file has wrong signature for this server

through to:
Elapsed time: 00:00:31

(1/29) [domain] domainname.comUncaught std::exception: UnixClientSocket::UnixClientSocket, connect: No such file or directory

There was another chap with this type of error some days ago, and no ttech support has answered it??

DO the Tech's of SWSoft actually monitor the forums?

Any help would be appreciated.

i have the same problem as well, or along the same lines. i just get "Server Signature" not the same.... waiting for Plesk admin to help....
