  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

i come step by step from Plesk 5 to 12.5.30 Update #7, now i have a litle problem with Backupmanager.

After Update to 12.5 i get emails from my backupmanager for my Backups with following text:

Domain: domain.name
Plesk entry point: https://domain.de:8443/

The following error occurred during the scheduled backup process:

No task found with task_id = -2147483577

This i get every Day for a ServerBackup and for my customers and i have no idea what can i do.......
I have delete all Backupscheduled but it not fix the problems.

My backups are all ok, i get the backupfiles but i get the mail with error.

PS. This problems i have if i save my backups on lokal and FTP.

Have you Ideas for me please

In order to fix the issue you can rename /usr/local/psa/PMM/tasks directory to /usr/local/psa/PMM/tasks_old
New /usr/local/psa/PMM/tasks directory with correct task_id will be recreated automatically when you start new backup.
