• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Backup Manager 2 different scheduled backups

Basic Pleskian
I would like to know if it's posible to do the following

I have version 12.5 installed with 2 hard drives, the normal boot one that boots with plesk 12.5 and a second drive that is destined to backups only (say mounts in /home/backups/)

However very bad luck teached me that you must always have a "external" backup and have at least a weekly backup just in case, so I did setup an external ftp for backups only

The problem that I was not able to resolve is that I need some sort of automated backup that daily backups to the local drive /home/backups but bi-weekly backup to an external ftp site

On the example

mon, tue, th, fri sat to the local drive 15 days recicle, everyday full backup (replace the oldest)
Wed , Sun to the remote ftp storage. 10 bi-weekly backups then recicle/replace the oldest

Is there any way to do this automatically so I have 2 sets of backups

thank you a lot

Javier
