Issue Backup manager - Exclude specific files from the backup not working

Hello felas,
i have a customer with just one webite on Plesk, and he has using almost 800gb of disk space .
and 90% of this are storage in one particular folder. so i set the path to this folder to exclude this, but without success,
plesk tolde me that there is no suficient space on disk to make the backup, thare is 500gb free space, endeed, for everthing is not enought, but the exclusin its not working.

here is my path

/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/storage/download/

Well, I am not sure that the previous task of backup calculate space is able to detect the real space what should be backup and what should be excluded in an same subscripcion in your case, sometime @IgorG will be able to confirm you this point... I suppose that this task directly dectect that your subscription space used is higher than you free space and not continue backup.
