Backup Manager isn't doing backups

Hello all,

I have problem with backup manager in Plesk new installation. When I am creating backup task job is hanging and is doing nothing. I have tried to contact support but I think my license doesn't have support ("Entered license key is either not valid or not eligible for email support").

Can you advice something?

OS: Windows 2012 R2
Plesk Version: 12.0.18 Update #61
