  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question BackUp my account and websites vs BackUp websites in client Panel

FutureX

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
AlmaLinux 8.6 (Sky Tiger)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.47 Update #5
From the clients perspective what is the difference between these two? When I login as the client and click Account, I see the two buttons "Back Up Account and Websites" and "Back Up Websites" When I compare the options side-by-side I don't see any difference.

Curious I never got a response on this one? Is there really no difference between the two from the clients perspective?

"Account" means the subscriber, e.g. when you backup "account and websites", this will backup all websites of the subscriber plus the subscribers account configuration (name, plan set-up etc.). The "Websites" option backups up only the website content, but it does not also backup the general account configuration data.
