  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

You have to make psarestore allow 7.1.x backups to be restored to 7.5.x

This backwards compatability is an important issue and there is no reason not to take the time to implement it.
 
Psa Backups !

You mean I can use psa backups from 7.1.x into 7.5 ?

No you can't, even from the shell. It would have been trivial for them to make them compatable, or add some type of conversion. Really bad software planning, thanks guys.
