Backup utility/button inside plesk is gone

After a server reboot,
the backup backup disappeared from everywhere,
I cannot find it as admin or customer.

I did try "Add or Remove Components"and Backup appears with a green icon as existing.

What can I do ????

I also tried /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller

and I see Plesk Backup Manager installed....
any ideas?
