• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Backups problem plesk 10.44

BenFran

New Pleskian
I am having problems with plesk panel 10.4.4, I have scheduled automatic backups and it runs ok, but it does not save the files in httpdocs. The database and mail get backed up ok, but not the website files.

I have the following backup configuration:
-Save backup in repository
-Save all content and configuration.

These are the files and folders in the zip file generated:

.discovered
databases
phosting

mybackup_domain.com_mn_121212.tgz
mybackup_domain.com_vhost_121212.tgz
mybackup_domain.com_info_121212.xml

Any ideas?

in phosting folder you can extract _vhost folder with gz.zip via winrar and then you can see httpdocs contents.
