bad interpreter

When running this command
./parallels_installer_v3.9.0_build110316.15_os_CentOS_5_x86_64 --ignore-key-errors --select-release-latest --install-everything

at the end or manually running this
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

I see these errors

- it is supposed to be provided by plesk-base-10.11.0-rhel5.build1011110331.11.x86_64

/usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun

which is installed
# rpm -q plesk-base-10.11.0-rhel5.build1011110331.11.x86_64

There is no /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun file


Also the server in a browser throws a 500 error but doesnt log the error anywhere

Installed package plesk-base-10.11.0-rhel5.build1011110331.11.x86_64 not available.
Nothing to do

Where can I re-download the rpm to force it to re-install?

I was able to download and re-install it now it verifies - but I still cant get plesk to load in the browser.

The service never really starts, it always has a stale pidfile

httpd is running - where can I go to find out the actual error?

Seems your Plesk is totally broken. Try to repair it with bootstrapper (described in KB article) and contact Support Team if it not help.

All of the bootstrapper articles I found (only abour 4 or 5) said to run this

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.11.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Which doesnt do anything and nothing changes.
