  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Bad performance when access your China CDN

Hello,

Recently I experience that the download speed from autoinstall.plesk.com is very poor.

After further check I found that your CDN is located at China but the Bandwidth between China and International (Hong Kong) is very poor.

Workaround is I change another DNS to allow return your another CDN Singapore which is much better performance.

Some items is my suggestion

1) Review about bandwidth between China CDN to International

2) Review the CDN lookup identify
