  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bandwidth limiting question

A.Chakery

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I tried to use the bandwidth limiting feature in my website , thats great but is there any way to specify some exceptions in it ? for example I don't wanna limit the bandwidth for specific ip addresses ... (or domains)

is it possible ?

thank you

mod_bw package is Bandwidth Limiter module for Apache2 in Plesk. There is only one configuration file /etc/httpd/conf.d/bw.conf
I'm not sure that some exceptions can be added there.

Perhaps bandwidth with using iptables will be more suitable solution?
