Blank page at https://IP:8443 after upgrade 7.6.1 -> 8.6

Regular Pleskian
In the inetmgr I can see the instance of PleskControlPanel which is up.
When trying to reach the CP after accepting the CA certificate I got just blank page.
No login window just blank white page.
Nothing in Event Manager..
please help..
