[Bug] Page limitations not working well

Hi,

I made a pack with page level one limitation to 5.. but it's possible to add unlimited pages if you do this :

- In the structure column (right) you select a page, then click on "Right" -> Sub-page
- In the Standard pages or Special pages you add one page to the Structure column
- Back to the structure column, select the Sub-page, then clic on "Left", now you have 6 pages!

Is this a bug or if not how can I be sure to limited pages to level1 ?
