  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

We're seeing this error in our MailEnable logs;

12/11/07 17:24:48 MTADeliverMessage::pre Pickup Event executing: F05330EA0EC34AC391C0FDAFCC7B1E0C.MAI SMTP
12/11/07 17:24:48 MTADeliverMessage::pickup Event could not find path to executable (2): ( F05330EA0EC34AC391C0FDAFCC7B1E0C.MAI SMTP)
12/11/07 17:24:48 MTADeliverMessage::Executing external COM event pleskmemta.PleskMEMTA with message F05330EA0EC34AC391C0FDAFCC7B1E0C.MAI from SMTP queue

Judging by the registry Plesk adds an event to Mailenable.

What executable is Plesk trying to make MailEnable run? How do we fix this?

Running Plesk 8.2 patched and ME Pro 3.05

Hi,

Plesk use dll library for global pickup event configured on MTA.
At the same time edit box where pickup event executable path shoud be written is clear but pickup event is working.

Just ignore this message in the log.

We resolved the error by hacking the Registry. Problem with ignoring the error was that it was needlessly doubling the size of the Mailenable log files.
