  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

make sure tha following things are present in the mail enable server interface.

1. The mail domain
2. If the mail domain is there..make sure it is enabled in the mail enable....
3. the list of mail accounts in the Plesk and the server back end is the same....if there is a difference..add it manually in the server..
4 . Attempt to delete the domain,..once all this has been satisfied

Mail server was MERAK i have resolved the issue actually after PLESK SP1 some issues occured with merak now seems stable
