Cannot access protected directory

Hi there,

I'm having problems accessing a protected directory.

I've set it up in plex with no errors, and the directory is created, but I cannot access it using the username and password I've allowed access with.

I can access awstats via the protected directory fine, and another domain on the same server has no such issues.

When I check the error log I see:
