  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannot activate site builder License

KuvenA

New Pleskian
Hi,

Having some trouble with activating site builder License.

Running RHEL6 and Plesk 10.3.0.
We have site builder installed and we got 100 site builder licenses with Plesk purchase. But we needed more so we have purchased a another 100 site builder licenses.

But I have a problem activating the site builder license.

I have followed the instructions on the link below. But I was not successfull because I do not seem to have the site builder admin panel..

ftp://download1.parallels.net/SiteB...ting_upgrading_and_restoring_your_license.htm

If I check I do have relevant site builder packes installed.

[root@cyborg ~]# rpm -qa | grep sitebuilder
pp-sitebuilder-default-templates-10.3.0-35814.11063001.noarch
pp-sitebuilder-10.3.0-35814.11063001.noarch
pp-sitebuilder-skins-10.3.0-35814.11063001.noarch

I also found some info on the forum about using the sb_config command but it does not look like it is installed.

Does the admin panel need to be configured somewhere? I could find anything about setting up the admin panel.

The comand rpm -qa | grep sitebuilder says:
pp-sitebuilder-default-templates-11.5.10-42107.13120413.noarch
pp-sitebuilder-skins-11.5.10-42107.13120413.noarch
pp-sitebuilder-11.5.10-42107.13120413.noarch

find /usr -name 'sb_config'

does not return any result

How I can do?
